Philosophy
The most effective therapy occurs through careful exploration of the present
issues, context, goals and resources, development of a plan and strategic
implementation of that plan.
Effective therapy happens when the client feels safe and understood, the
therapist is trusted and experienced to be professionally competent, and the
environment is hopeful and affirming.
I believe that problems are also opportunities. I believe we have the resources
and strengths we need to be successful.
Our lives are most satisfying and fulfilling when we are living authentically, when
our relationships are full of love and compassion, and when we pursue a purpose
that is meaningful.
